For one night only, indulge in the cuisine of Chef Antonio Oviedo as he showcases his food philosophy of bringing classic, authentic cuisine with a modern twist inspired by his childhood memories, travels around the world, and his savoir faire to choose the right seasonal produce for optimized flavours. Deeply rooted and inspired by his family background, which are from both the North and South of Spain, he emulates that influence into his food preparation, showcasing the plethora of flavours from his home country.
The delectable 6-course menu will be paired with the fine wines of Chateau Monlot, located at the foothills of Saint Emilion, with the vineyard consisting of sandy clay, clay and clay-limestone soil which is excellent terroir for cultivating merlot and cabernet franc.
