Fronting the dinner will be Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. The evening serves up signature creations exquisitely executed by Chef Massimo and paired with the fine wines of Domaine Faiveley. With fragmented vineyards and an average surface area per appellation of just 1 hectare, the number of bottles produced for each wine is therefore very limited.

Enjoy an evening of fine dining within the charm of Colony, with a 5-course French dinner. Haute cuisine and exquisite wines await guests on this very special occasion.
